How do i stop steam from "waiting" to download? I have: Can download while playing enabled - It never happens when installing a game for example, only for updates which somehow steam decides to schedule, when i buy a game even if it's 50GB it downloads immediately, when for example path of exiles pushes a tiny update (like 3mb), i always. It all in the picture, Most of my mods are "Not installed", don't show up in the game and the words "Waiting for steam to download mod updates" taunt me endlessly.
